Keynotes and motivational talks on Personalization and Omnichannel Marketing 

If you or your business need inspiration or maybe even a well-intentioned kick in the rear, don't hesitate to reach out to me. Based on my many years of experience with omnichannel marketing as both author, speaker and CXO in Agillic, I have developed a series of keynotes that might be interesting.

The keynotes usually go straight to the heart of challenges within marketing and often take as a starting point either the theme of Personalization or the theme of Omnichannel Marketing. The in-depth lectures can contain a high degree of involvement of the participants and even prior work with specially developed digital questionnaires, quizzes and workshops.

I am used to giving presentations to both small groups and larger gatherings and speak equally well in Danish and English.

What is Personalization?

Based on the book 'Hello $Firstname', this presentation is a deconstruction of the concept of personalization and what it means to different groups of marketers. The model, 'The Bowtie of Personalization'', enables marketers to work efficiently with the personalized customer experience – whether in campaigns, marketing automation or on the website. Participants learn to avoid misunderstandings and maximize profitability by pulling the right levers - including generative AI.

Who should NOT work with Personalization?

Even though Personalization is the big term at the moment, there are certain things that are essential to have under control before companies go all-in on creating the personalized customer journey. Do you have 100% control over your value proposition? On your brand? Or is 70% enough? Does your business model support collecting enough data? Participants will learn more about what is required to succeed with personalization.

Generative AI and Personalization

One of the greatest potentials that Generative AI is expected to fulfill is better personalization within marketing. And not without reason... This talk focuses on how Generative AI makes it possible to scale personalization like never before, what to think about and what the pitfalls are.

What is omnichannel marketing?

In order to accomplish great things together - such as putting the customer at the center - it is important to speak the same language. The lecture here focuses on creating a common language for the participants so that omnichannel can be collaborated effectively across departments. The lecture here gives the participants a clear overview of the meaning of concepts such as omnichannel, multichannel, cross-channel, CRM.

Is omnichannel also for B2B?

The omnichannel wave is rolling over all companies. Ambitions are high and there is a lot of talk about consumers' new habits. But what about B2B? Why is omnichannel also a significant factor within B2B and how should the challenge be tackled in relation to both large and small customer bases?
